Damage deposit
A damage deposit of USD 80 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

As a security check, each adult guest must send a photo of their current official ID prior to arrival, for the arrival detail to be sent, we only need to show your full name and photo. Guests who are not registered on the reservation are not allowed to enter. Noise is limited from 23:00 to 08:00. No Parties or ‘Quiet Gatherings’ are allowed. Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay. On arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your meter to monitor the above point.
