🌿 House Rules 🏡 General • No parties or events. The apartment is intended for quiet stays only. Gatherings or additional visitors are not permitted. • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM. • No smoking indoors. Guests may use the terrace or backyard and are asked to use ashtrays. • Shoes-free interior. Guests are kindly asked to remove their shoes inside the apartment. 🧼 Cleanliness & Care • Please treat the apartment with care and respect. • Guests are asked to leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon departure (dishes washed, trash disposed of, and the apartment left reasonably clean). • Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. • Any issues, damage, or malfunction should be reported as soon as possible. 🌿 Outdoor Space • The backyard is a shared space and may also be used by our family. • We always aim to respect our guests’ privacy and keep interactions minimal whenever possible. • Guests who would prefer exclusive use of the outdoor space are welcome to contact us before booking, and we will do our best to accommodate their request. 🐾 Pets • Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment. • Pets are not permitted on beds or sofas. • Guests are asked to clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. • Pets should not be bathed in the showers. • Pets should be treated against ticks and fleas before arrival. • Any damage or additional cleaning required as a result of pets may incur additional charges.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
