We would like to share with you some important additional apartment rules for security and organization purposes. Please note that we do not offer self check-in. We personally welcome our guests at the apartment, so we kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance in order to organize your check-in in the best possible conditions. Check-in outside the standard hours remains subject to availability and additional fees: – From 7PM to 10 PM: €35 – From 10 PM to midnight: €50 – Arrivals after midnight are considered exceptional and are always subject to prior approval. We also offer the possibility of early check-in or late check-out, depending on the apartment availability and with an additional fee depending on the requested time. Please note that for reservations made for two guests, only the linen for the main bedroom is provided. If you wish to use the sofa bed and request additional linen, this can be arranged with a supplement of €20. All additional services are payable on arrival by card or cash.
