Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Pets are allowed (for an additional fee of €15 per night). Pets are not allowed on sofas or beds. Guests are responsible for their pets’ needs and for any damage they may cause. Events and drug use are not permitted on the premises. Guests may not stay overnight without our permission, nor may there be more guests than those listed in the reservation. Only the guests listed in the reservation and registered at check-in are permitted to stay in the property. If, during a random access check during your stay, more guests than those registered are detected, this may result in notification to the relevant authorities. Quiet hours must be observed to ensure the peace and quiet of the community and neighborhood. From 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, guests must not disturb the neighborhood. - We have a night watchman in the community responsible for ensuring compliance with these quiet hour regulations. Before your arrival, a security deposit of €250 per guest must be paid; this amount will be refunded in full on the day of your departure, following an inspection of the accommodation. Guests must complete an online registration, provide identification details, and pay the tourist tax per person per night before entering the accommodation. We do not charge our guests for a cleaning service, but we do ask that you meet a few basic requirements upon departure: please take out any rubbish and place it in the bins outside, tidy the kitchen and wash any crockery used, and leave the towels in the bathroom. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in additional charges upon departure, up to the full amount of the security deposit.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
