A charming studio fully equipped with everything you need, including a new kitchen, a renovated bathroom, a TV area on the mezzanine, a terrace, and a private parking space. The property is located in a quiet area at the foot of Mont d'Arbois, in the hills above Megève (4 km). You can enjoy nature, lakes, golf, the Altiport, and hiking... The nearest ski lifts are 1 km away (and are served by ski buses [150 m] during the season), and you can even get a 20% discount on ski rentals at a nearby shop! (Just ask me 😉). When snow conditions allow, you can ski right up to 100 m from the chalet! There’s a small terrace in front of the studio where you can enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. In short, it’s a very cozy chalet, and I’d be delighted to welcome you. My apartment is on the ground floor next to the studio, so if there’s any issue at all, I’m just a quick call away! PS: For stays of fewer than 4 nights, SHEETS and TOWELS are not provided (otherwise, they can be rented for 20 euros). I work as a carpenter in the summer and on a chairlift in the winter. I live with my daughter every other week; I’m very discreet and available to answer any questions you may have.
