Please note that that checking after 9:30 pm will incur a 60€ fee and the property must be informed three hours in advance. Please note that checkouts after 11 am will incur a 25€ fee for each hour that is delayed. The damage deposit will be collected the day before check-in. Please note that for stays longer than 7 nights, the security deposit will be collected and returned at the end of the stay, provided no damage has been identified. Please note that for stays longer than 10 nights, an intermediate cleaning is mandatory and will be charged €50. For long‑term stays of 30 nights or more, an intermediate cleaning will be carried out every two weeks for a fee of €50.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
