Towels, sheets, as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. A Cot are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per stay, subject to availability. If you require a cot, you must notify the property 24–48 hours before your arrival. Please note that additional unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of EUR 10 per guest per night. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows: EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00. EUR 50 from 22:00 to 00:00. EUR 80 after 00:00. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in on 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 as follows: EUR 50 from 19:00 to 22:00. EUR 100 after 22:00. Please note that early check-in is available upon request and is subject to availability. The tourist tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will apply (EUR 9.5 per person per night for guests over 16 years old, for up to 7 nights). Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least EUR 400. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and on the balcony. Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security staff, or neighbours intervene, a EUR 500 fine will be charged (in addition to any police fines). The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or loss of personal belongings that may occur within the facilities of our apartments. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes (if available) and ensuring that doors and windows are properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
