The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines Lost or Locked-In Keys: A fee of €50 applies during office hours and €75 outside office hours if keys are lost or left inside the accommodation. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office. Waste Disposal: On departure day, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste. Failure to do so will result in a €150 waste management fee. Guest Registration: Mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Prior to arrival, guests will receive an online check-in link to complete registration.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
