Housekeeping service is offered every 8 days. This is a walk-up property. There is no elevator in the building and the rooms are located on level 2 and level 3. The property only accepts Passport ID as a valid identification upon check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This is a strictly non-smoking property. A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. A damage deposit of S$ 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
