Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
In case the check in is after 22:00 guests will have to pay 30 euros in cash on the arrival for late night check in. After 00:00 guests will wave to pay 50 euros in cash for early morning check in.

-From 300 euros booking price, the property, may choose to ask for payment in cash on arrival on delivery of keys, and parking.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
