By booking, you accept the rules of the house (conditions) and you agree to make the house in the same condition as at your arrival Please note that we will require you to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your ID card, and pay a security deposit of €400 upon your arrival. If we are unable to be present at your arrival, we will send the contract to you via email. In this case, please provide us with your email address and return the signed contract by email. If you are arriving independently, the security deposit will be collected as soon as possible. The security deposit will be refunded upon your departure, after an inspection of the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
