Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Please note that there is an additional charge of 10 € for each hour of early check-in and late check-out. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood. To prevent causing inconvenience for the neighbours, the apartment is equipped with a sound detector which in case there is a loud sound in the apartment the guest will receive a message or phone call to be cautious about the amount of noise. (the sound detector is not able to hear or record anything but the sound volume| we fully respect your privacy). For your comfort, we provide a starter supply of shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, and other essential consumable items upon check-in. Kindly note that, as this is a private accommodation (not a hotel), these items are not replenished during the stay. If you need additional supplies, nearby supermarkets and shops are easily accessible. We want to keep the space fresh and enjoyable for all our guests, so smoking inside the home isn’t allowed. If smoking is detected indoors, a €200 cleaning fee will apply to cover professional air cleaning and deodorizing services. If you require a cot, you must notify the property before your arrival. A baby cot costs €7 per stay. Bed linen and blankets for the cot are not included. Guests need to bring their own. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
