Any presence of individuals not named in the contract, even on a one-time basis, must be approved in advance by the owners. - For safety and insurance reasons, use of the fireplace is strictly reserved for the owners. The owners reserve the right to decide whether to light the fireplace at their sole discretion, particularly depending on weather conditions and outdoor temperatures. - A simplified inventory and a general condition report of the accommodation are made available to guests in the accommodation and/or sent prior to arrival. The guest must report any visible issues as soon as they settle into the accommodation and no later than the morning after arrival. After this period, the property inspection and inventory will be deemed accepted without reservation. - The property, its facilities, and the areas used must be returned in a general state of cleanliness and tidiness consistent with that observed upon arrival. - The guest must respect the neighborhood and avoid noise disturbances, whether late at night or early in the morning. Silence must be strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. - Parties and events are strictly prohibited, both indoors and outdoors. - A security deposit of €400 is required upon arrival, before the keys are handed over. It must be paid by check or cash. The security deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure,This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
