A surcharge of 300 ZAR applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A Smoking fine of 500 ZAR applies to all guests for smoking or vaping in our rooms. We do have a NO smoking and vaping policy in our rooms. There is space provided on the property outside for smoking and vaping.
No refunds will be paid out directly from the Establishment , to any overseas accounts. We cannot create beneficiaries for overseas accounts. We do not have the authority to do so.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
