To ensure a quick, safe, and fully self-service arrival process, all guests must complete online check-in and traveler registration before arrival, in accordance with current regulations. Once registration is complete and the booking is verified, guests will receive a secure link on their mobile phone that will allow them to unlock the electronic locks of the accommodation independently. The accommodation has a self check-in system, so in-person key handover is not necessary. Guests who require in-person assistance to complete online check-in between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM must request this service in advance, subject to availability. This personalized service incurs a surcharge of EUR 30. Additionally, if the guest requests in-person key handover instead of self-service digital access, an extra EUR 30 surcharge will apply. These measures allow us to offer more flexible, quick, and secure access for all guests.
