Please note that a lift is not available at the property. Upper-floor rooms can only be reached via stairs. Please note that only cash payments are accepted on site. Credit-card are only used to guarantee the booking (except for non-refundable reservations). Arrival by car: We ask you to park your car in car park P1 (address: Salinenplatz 4, 4830 Hallstatt). It is not possible to reserve a parking space in P1. On busy days, it is therefore best to keep your booking confirmation to hand and show it to one of the car park attendants. This will allow you to be allocated an available parking space more quickly. Use the shuttle (red VW bus labelled Hallstatt Shuttle) to the hotel. This shuttle runs daily from 09:00-19:00 and is available before check-in and after check-out with a valid car park ticket. Car park costs for hotel guests: € 18 for 24 hoursPayment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
