All adult guests must have their ID uploaded before arrival. Like most hotels, we do not allow unauthorized guests for security, liability, and safety reasons. Unregistered visitors may violate our home policy, potentially leading to eviction or extra fees. Guests cannot invite visitors for any reason without our written consent through this platform's message system. Guests will lose their deposit for inviting unauthorized visitors. We did not allow filming, photo shoots, podcasting, or other forms of content creation on the premises without our consent. If anything breaks during your stay or a problem arises, please contact us or customer support immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue to your satisfaction. We provide a full kitchen for our visitors to prepare meals during their stay. Please wash any pots, dishes, or tools used during meal preparation. Excess cleaning chores (unwashed dishes, walls stains, etc.) will be charged an additional $100. We have a lot of quiet elderly neighbors. Please be respectful and considerate by not playing music loudly outside.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
