Unauthorized guests or events will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of the stay and a fine of $200 per unauthorized guest, including pets. • To prevent damage, close patio umbrellas when not in use, including overnight. • To prevent damage, dunking or hanging from the basketball rim and/or net is strictly prohibited. 🏀 • Pool use is at your own risk. No pets, shoes, glass, or sharp objects are allowed in the pool. No unattended children in or around the pool. • Before entering the pool, remove the skimmer robot and turn it off. Turn it on and place it back in the pool after swimming. • If traveling with pets, please clean up after them. • BLUE trash bin - no loose articles of any kind are allowed in the blue trash bin - only tied garbage bags. • GREEN recycling bin - no bags are allowed in the green ♻️ bin - only cardboard and empty bottles. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
