There is a separate suite at the far end of the house which will be very rarely occupied. This is a separate unit under the same roof but there are no shared spaces. Guests wills have exclusive use of the laundry room and the beach area at all times. This suite will be unoccupied for most of the year. It is likely to be occupied around Thanksgivng and from Christmas time until the first of the year. Please do not enter that fenced area.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
