Leash: mandatory in all common areas (patio, reception, hallways). 3. Restricted areas: swimming pool. 4. Staying in the room: Pets may not be left alone in the room to prevent noise or damage. 5. Furniture and cleaning: Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas, nor may they use towels or showers in the apartment. 6. Responsibility: The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet to furniture or other guests. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
