Damage deposit
A damage deposit of USD 1500 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that we do not provide propane tanks so kindly bring your own should you wish to use the grill and fire pit. If you can't bring one, we have provided a standard 20-pound tank in the property which you can use upon arrival. Once it's empty, you may have it exchanged at Lowe's across the street for $20.
There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted.
