As per Goldgrest Views' tower SECURITY procedures, passport copies of all guests & exact check-in time should be communicated to them at least One day before check-in date, otherwise they will deny Guests access to the tower. Reservation will be considered CANCELLED & Check in will NOT be possible unless guest : 1- Send Passport copies of all guest 1 day before check-in day on WhatsApp, number will be provided at the later point. 2- Send driving license & car registration copies in case car parking requested and approved. 3- Provide exact check in time within the allowed Check-in and check-out times. 4- Contact us on WhatsApp 1 hour before check-in confirming that you are on your way. 5-Please note that the guest who made the booking must also sign/approve the contract agrement . 6.A surcharge of {300 AED) applies for check-out between {11:AM} and {12:PM}. 7..A surcharge of {2000 AED) applies for check-out between {12:PM} and {03:PM}. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
