Please note this is a privately owned unit. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in without a parent or official guardian. Please note housekeeping services are not included in the rate but are available and paid directly to the hotel. A rental agreement will be sent to you by the property management company and must be returned within 24 hours. Guests must also provide a copy of identification and the credit card used to make the reservation along with the signed agreement. Please note no private events or parties are allowed. Please note that stays of 6 days or more will require 1 mid-stay cleaning. Please note the daily resort fee is paid upon arrival and payable to the resort directly. This only applies to stays of 30 days or less.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
