Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 15 per pet, per 3 days applies. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
Please note that an additional charge of EUR 30 per hour will apply for check-in outside of the scheduled hours.
A refundable deposit of EUR 200 is needed per reservation for group bookings.
A cleaning service for group reservations at an additional charge of EUR 160.
Any damage or loss caused by guests, including smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge of EUR 80, and any smoking inside the property will lead to full retention of the deposit.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
