A surcharge of 50 € applies for arrivals after check-in hours form 22:00 pm till 00:00 am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. From April 14, 2025 until May 31, 2025, renovation work will be carried out in the apartment next to ours. There may be dust and noise from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
