Such requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed. - For specific requests regarding bed arrangements, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival. - For stays of fewer than 10 nights, neither linen changes nor cleaning services are included during your stay; however, these services are available upon request for an additional fee. - For stays exceeding 10 nights, an intermediate cleaning service—including a linen change—is provided; this service will be scheduled in advance and must be paid for directly at the property. - Any damage caused to the property or its furnishings during your stay must be reported and may result in additional charges. - As required by current Italian regulations regarding guest identification and reporting to the relevant authorities, check-in is conducted online prior to arrival. - The property does not have a physical reception desk. Check-in, guest registration, and payment of the tourist tax are all handled via our dedicated online portal. The procedure requires entering the details of all guests, uploading a photo of a valid ID document for each guest, and—for the booking holder—uploading a selfie holding their ID for identity verification purposes.
