Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Standard check-in is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is self-service. You must agree on your arrival time.
Late check-in is possible at the following rates:
- From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. €15.00 (to be agreed upon)
- After 10:00 p.m. until midnight €25.00 (to be agreed upon)
- After midnight €50.00 (to be agreed)
It is also possible to access the property in advance, subject to availability.
