The villa is part of a secure holiday residence, "Domaine de Fayence," located in the well-known "Alpes-Provence-Côte d'Azur" region. The private villa has its own swimming pool with many opportunities for games and relaxation. Shopping facilities are located at a distance of approx. 2–3 km. On the ground floor, the house offers 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/ WC, a separate shower with a washbasin, a separate WC, a large living room with an open kitchen, and a garage. On the upper floor, there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms/ WC. There are also numerous closets for storing clothes, distributed throughout the rooms. A separate WC with access from the pool and the garden is also available, as well as an outdoor shower for pool users. House rules to be followed.
