Refund Process:
The $500 security deposit will be refunded within 48–72 hours after checkout, provided no damages or house rules violations are reported.
If any issues are identified after checkout, we will notify you with details of the issue and the associated cost.
Any remaining balance from the security deposit will then be refunded accordingly.
