Damage deposit
A damage deposit of BRL 500 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

- The cleaning fee covers "normal" cleaning, and extreme situations will be charged extra. - We accept a maximum of one pet (consult for exception) upon payment of a pet fee. Please notify us before making the reservation, since we require agreement with the full pet policy.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
