Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. After 8:00 p.m., check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in, and are asked to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 p.m. incurs an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash on arrival, except during congress periods and summer. For self-check-in, a box for keys is available. Departures are until 11 a.m. at the latest. The deposit requested is €500. You may be asked for a copy of your identity documents before your arrival. Animals are not accepted in the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking. Please throw away your trash before leaving the premises and leave the kitchen area clean.
