Please note: * Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented at the office. * Keys must be collected from the office at: AVDA. DE LA PAU, 32, PLATJA D'ARO, 17250. * End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Guests may clean the accommodation before departure or request an additional cleaning service for an extra fee payable to the agency. * If the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi, guests have the option to rent it on a daily basis. * If the accommodation allows pets, please let us know, as an additional fee will apply. * A cash security deposit of €250 is required for apartments and €350 for houses. * The tourist tax is not included in the price. It costs €1.925 per person per day for guests over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 days. * The security deposit will be refunded in cash at check-out. *To ensure a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere at the accommodation, bookings for groups of young people are not accepted. * The person making the reservation must be one of the guests and must stay at the property for the entire duration of the stay. * Reservations made on behalf of third parties or for people other than those listed on the reservation are not accepted. * Groups whose purpose is to hold parties, events, or gatherings are also not permitted. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
