Damage deposit
A damage deposit of PLN 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Guests are kindly requested to contact the apartments by phone at the day of arrival in order to arrange a check-in and key collection.
A surcharge of 100 PLN applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property.
If before the payment of the deposit, a request for issuing a VAT invoice is not submitted to our account, it will not be possible to issue it at a later date.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
