The accommodation is located in a residential area, parties are not allowed. The owners require the traveler(s) to respect the conditions and rules of the establishment during their stay. No breakage or theft of equipment / supplies (otherwise it will be deducted from your deposit) No smoking, candles, incense or other products that can catch fire inside. No accommodation in bad condition: we ensure the cleaning without asking you for additional expenses, but the accommodation must be returned clean and tidy as on your arrival. An inventory of fixtures will be made at the end of your stay. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your deposit.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
