Please note that : • The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. • To finalise the booking, all adults staying in the house must sign a seasonal rental agreement. To draw up this agreement, I need to see the front and back of the identity cards or passports of all adults staying in the house. • For all foreigners over the age of 15, you must fill out a police form with the following information: full name, date and place of birth, nationality, usual place of residence, mobile phone number and email address, date of arrival at the establishment and expected date of departure. • You must pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay by bank transfer, PayPal, or holiday vouchers. I am flexible on the deposit payment date, but it must be at least one month before your arrival date. In the event of cancellation, this 50% will be refunded by bank transfer, PayPal or holiday vouchers within 7 days. The remaining 50% must be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or holiday vouchers on the day of your arrival. • In the case of a booking with the no cancellation option, 100% of the cost of the stay must be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or holiday vouchers upon signing the contract. • In the case of payment by holiday vouchers, the amount of the holiday vouchers is to be reduced by 2.5% to finance the commission taken by ANCV. • A security deposit of €300 must be paid in cash or by cheque (which will not be cashed) or by bank transfer or PayPal on the day of your arrival. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure if there are no problems with the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
