A surcharge of EUR 10 per person, per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Please note that early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability. Please note that check-in hours are from 15:00 to 19:00, from Monday to Friday. Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least EUR 400. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of EUR 500 (in addition to the police fine). The safety of personal belongings is the sole responsibility of the guest.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
