Please note that washing machines are not available in the unit, but paid laundry are provided is down the exterior hallway on the same floor. To ensure efficient calendar management and availability for other guests, reservations that would create a single unbooked night between existing bookings (a “one-night gap”) are not permitted. Any booking that results in a one-night gap in the calendar may be cancelled by the host, and we reserve the right to do so without penalty. $25 per guest per night will be applied to the 4th guest. Pet-friendly for 1 dog maximum. Please declare at time of booking. Dog towels, a small bed, and bowls are provided. Fee: $50 per dog plus applicable taxes. Please keep pets from chasing wildlife—especially shorebirds.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
