• Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment and the building; this includes e-cigarettes, vaporizers, cannabis, and shisha. If smoking occurs in the apartment, we will charge a cleaning fee of €250 plus the cost of any necessary repairs. • Only the persons listed in the booking are permitted to stay overnight. We charge €30 per night for each additional, unregistered guest. • Pets are not allowed. If the apartment is used with a pet, we will charge a special cleaning fee starting at €150. • Any commercial use—such as photo, video, or advertising shoots, workshops, courses, seminars, or events—is permitted only with our prior written consent. Without such permission, we will charge a usage fee of €500 per day (or part thereof) in addition to the accommodation rate. • Parties and celebrations are not permitted. In the event of a violation, we will charge for the actual resulting costs, with a minimum charge of €150 for special cleaning. • Bookings by guests who live in the same city as the apartment are accepted only by prior arrangement. If you would like to book in your own home town, please contact us before booking. Without such an arrangement, we expressly reserve the right to cancel the booking. These six points are identical for all of our properties in Graz. On some of our listings only part of them has been added so far, so please make sure this listing ends up with all six.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
