This apartment is co-hosted by a digital company, and the check-in process is completed via the Digital Receptionist app, which is mandatory. Through the app, you complete your registration and pay the remaining balance of the total booking price that Booking.com did not collect. On the day of arrival, you will receive access instructions there. The app also allows you to request additional services such as early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and additional charges, and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance). You will also pay the security deposit via the app, which is refunded within 7 days after departure, following inspection of the apartment and confirmation that no damage occurred and house rules were respected.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
