- In the case of the APARTMENT WITH TERRACE, the damage deposit that will be requested upon arrival is EUR 300. It will be made by credit card. It will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings. - Note check-in after 19:00 incurs an additional fee of €30, and check-in after 00:00 incurs an additional fee of €50. - It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00.
