PROPERTY RULES AND MANDATORY CONDITIONS OF STAY To ensure maximum safety and protect our property, acceptance of the following rules is a fundamental condition of your stay: DOCUMENTS AND SECURITY: (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.): In strict compliance with Italian Public Safety laws, access to the property is strictly prohibited without presenting an original, valid identity document (for all guests). Photographs of documents sent via WhatsApp or documents belonging to third parties will not be accepted under any circumstances. If you fail to present the physical document at check-in, we reserve the absolute right to deny access to the property: the keys will not be returned and the reservation will be canceled. GUESTS AND PROHIBITION OF EXTERNAL VISITORS: The property is divided into two levels (ground floor and first floor); each floor can accommodate a maximum of two people for overnight stays. It is strictly forbidden to allow guests to sleep in the property who have not been previously notified to the owner and who are not registered on the State Police portal. Furthermore, access to third parties not included in the reservation is not permitted under any circumstances, including during daytime hours. RESPECT FOR THE PROPERTY: Guests are required to respect the property, keeping it clean and tidy exactly as it was upon check-in. Vandalizing, altering, or damaging furniture, furnishings, or any of the existing furnishings is strictly prohibited. PROHIBITED ANIMALS AND OBJECTS: It is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the property. Bulky or dangerous objects that could damage the property are also prohibited. GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMMUNICATE THEIR ARRIVAL TIME 24 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
