A €250 penalty will be applied for any violations. A €20 fee will be charged for each damaged, stained, or missing towel or linen. Failure to dispose of waste upon checkout will result in a €100 penalty. Upon checkout, any damage found to the property or furnishings will be deducted from the security deposit. Checkout is strictly by 10:00 AM. Late arrivals will be subject to a €50 penalty, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Access to the apartment will be permitted only after completing the online check-in process, which will be required during booking.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
