The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. If keys are lost or left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, closer to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for all guests to register.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
