Please take the following important information into account before booking: Construction work may take place in the building for several months and may cause some noise or inconvenience during the stay. Towels, bed linen and toilet paper are provided upon arrival. Additional replacements or changes during the stay are not included. Towels must remain inside the apartment and should not be taken to the beach, pool or other outdoor areas. Guests are asked to take reasonable care of them. Additional charges may apply if towels are permanently stained or damaged. A baby cot is available upon request for EUR 30 per reservation. It is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24–48 hours before arrival. Any additional guest who is not included in the original reservation will be charged EUR 10 per night. Standard check-in is available from 15:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday. An additional service fee of EUR 19.95 also applies. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Evidence of smoking may result in termination of the stay and an additional charge of at least EUR 400. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. If police, security personnel or neighbours are required to intervene because of a disturbance, an additional charge of EUR 500 may apply, in addition to any charges or penalties imposed by the relevant authorities. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during their stay. The property recommends keeping valuables secure, using a safety deposit box where available, and ensuring that doors and windows remain properly closed and locked. The property cannot accept responsibility for loss or theft of personal belongings except where required by applicable law.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
