Security Deposit Pre-Authorisation NZSIR Luxury Rental Homes will pre-authorise a security deposit on the guest’s credit card up to 7 days prior to arrival. This pre-authorisation acts as security for any damages, loss, or additional charges incurred during the stay. Following departure and completion of a full property inspection, the pre-authorisation will be released within 7 days, provided no deductions are required. In the event that additional costs are identified, some or all of the held amount may be captured to cover these charges. Online Check-In Required: All guests must complete our secure online check-in form at least 48 hours before arrival. This includes: - Confirming your arrival time - Providing a valid credit card for a security hold (no charges made unless necessary) - Accepting our house Terms & Conditions - Uploading a valid photo IDThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
