Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that due to tourist police reports, it is very important to provide identification documents up to 2 business days before check-in. After 48 hours, and up to 24 hours before check-in, an extra charge of 50 EU will be charged for physical travel to the police station, although we do not guarantee that we will be able to register you.
In case of not complying with the deadlines, and not having the documents up to at least 24 hours before, the reservation will be cancelled under the agreed conditions. This request for documents is made via WhatsApp or Email.
