This property is a licensed holiday home. It is not part of a hotel resort. According to Wasl Properties rules and regulations, this property is suitable for family or group of travelers and does not accept bookings for parties, wedding receptions, caterers, photographers, deliveries or any similar events. The property has a maximum capacity of 6 persons including visitors. We require passport copies for each guest at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. If we don’t receive passport copies before this period we cannot guarantee the check-in. No additional visitors or guests will be permitted in addition to the passports received. Please note that a maximum of 4 persons are allowed to access the swimming pool and beach free of charge. The rest are chargeable.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
