Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Please let Alvear Suites know your expected arrival time in advance. If you expect to arrive outside opening hours, you may collet your keys at La Junquera Cafeteria at Calle Jose Regojo, 12 (Subject to the bakery's opening hours). For longer stays (2 or more nights) please note that the apartments are not cleaned daily. Bed linen is changed weekly and towels are changed twice-weekly.
Some studios are adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
