The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines Please note: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of all waste; otherwise, a waste management fee of €150 will apply. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before your arrival, we will send you an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
