Guests must provide identification in order to access the apartment. Check-in is done online. The day before arrival, we will contact the guest to collect identification details for all guests. Access to the apartment is via a code used to retrieve the keys. This code will be provided on the day of arrival, as long as identification has been completed in advance. The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator. Guests may send luggage through a third-party service. Please note that this establishment is not responsible for the actions of third parties. As a courtesy, we offer a designated drop-off point within our building for luggage deliveries. If the luggage arrives during cleaning hours, we will leave it inside the apartment. If it arrives later, it will be left at the building entrance. On the day after check-in, guests must place the luggage at the same spot for their company to collect it. We kindly ask that you notify us in advance.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
